The primary role of Regional Sales Manager is to ensure the execution of a robust sales management process along with overall governance of the structure under management. Identification of BDO’s hiring avenues to ensure complete BDO strength. Moreover, the incumbent is responsible for team building and team management of ASM’s, BDO’s. The incumbent must have the ability to drive cross sell through liabilities sales force.
