Requirements

An advanced university degree (Master's or above) in education,
public policy, statistics, economics or other social science field is required.
·
*A first University Degree (bachelor's) in a relevant field
combined with 2 additional years of professional experience may be accepted in
lieu of an Advanced University Degree.
·
A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in
programme planning, management, and/or research in education is required.
·
Relevant experience in education data, management information
and monitoring systems will be preferred. Experience of working in budget
support technical assistance context is desirable.
·
Fluency in English and a local language is required.
