Pakistan Red Crescent Sindh Branch invites applications for the following positions for qualified and dynamic candidates for appointment on purely contract basisforLocally-Led Adaptation Project inKarachi, Thatta and Badin of Sindh Province. Local residents of the districts will be given priority
General Preferences:
Self-motivated, able to work independently without daily supervision.
Reporting and Management skills
Ability to deal with complex situations. He /She should be capable of managing team work, community programs, emergency response & relief works etc.
Good command in written and spoken English.
Ready to travel and stay out of station any time
Age limit upto40 years.

Qualification/Experience
- Graduate from recognized Universityin Social Sciences.
- 3 years of relevant work experience with an International Humanitarian Organization in Programme Implementation
- Experience in program planning, implementation and evaluation.
- Superior verbal/written skills, public relations, communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
- Strong monitoring, evaluation, & analysis skills would be required
- Basic knowledge of the Red Cross Red Crescent Movement
