Job Profile:
The post is related to assist the
administrative, and HR related tasks, Intern will be allocated to the immediate
supervisor who will be leading the intern into different task assigned on the
daily basis related to HR, Finance and administration
Key Responsibilities
- Handling office tasks, such as filing,
generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and
reordering supplies.
- Composing, basic designing
- Manage, lead and execute hiring, training
and all the HR related aspects
- Compliance of the HR policy for the staff
members
- The composing task will be associated with
word processing and preparing various documents, presentations,
spreadsheets depending upon the situations
- Assisting in file management such as
invoice, quotations etc.
- Assisting in logistical activities
- Managing activities with the team members
by supporting them
- Organize, manage and execute official
meetings, conferences etc
- Providing real-time scheduling support by
booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
- Making travel arrangements, such as
booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
- Screening phone calls and routing callers
to the appropriate party.
- Using computers to generate reports,
transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct
research.
- Greet and assist visitors.
- Maintain polite and professional
communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to
ensure their seamless and positive experience.
- Assist in Recruiting and staffing logistics
- Assist in Performance management and
improvement tracking systems
- Assist in Employee orientation,
development, and training logistics and recordkeeping, Employee relations
- Assist in Communication between the
company and employees, compensation and benefits administration and
recordkeeping
- Assist in Employee safety, welfare,
wellness, and health reporting, Employee services, HR filing system
- Assist in preparation of financial
statements and reports
- Assist in creating and setting budgets
- Update and maintain financial records
- Prepare spreadsheets for data entry,
including budgets, accounting information, etc.
- Take direction from and report to the
financial manager
- Independently prioritize daily tasks and
responsibilities
- Provide stellar customer service to our
clients and be informed on all company policy and practices (including
data privacy)
- Attend and take notes at all financial
department meetings
- Assist with audits as necessary
- Adhere to current accounting/finance laws
and regulations, work to company standards
Qualifications
- Education Level
Minimum Bachelors & Preferably
Masters
- Experience
Minimum 3 years
