- To ensure that Fleet of pool
cars is managed well
- To ensure that ancillary staff
is available for administrative tasks
- To ensure that office supplies,
medicine and capital item supplies are transported in safe and secure
manner in timely fashion
- To provide fire extinguishers
at all facilities and organizing fire safety trainings.
- To implement of Human Resource
policies, staff service rules and code of conduct in his concern
department should be fully aware of the mission statement and objectives
of the concern department and endeavor to implement with team sprite
within the department
- Meeting deadlines with regard
to his duties and responsibilities.
- Logistics management (ensuring
proper maintenance and productive utilization of vehicle, proper record
keeping of vehicles registration and monthly reporting of vehicles
utilization, transportation of medicines, capital surgical, medical
equipment and other assets and their safe and secure
handling).
- Time Management (in relation to
work output, rosters, proper application in consultation with drivers and
security guard).
- To make sure timely procurement
of general items of the region (other than capital
items)
- Making sure the availability of
all kind of printed stationaries to secondary care and FHC units and also
provision of routine stationeries
- Administrative support to Field
Units, Section heads of Regional and Secondary care units to complete
their relevant responsibilities and assign task.
Keep the Regional Admin duly updated in all matters with regard to his duties and responsibilities or if new assignment given by other section heads. - Proper record keeping of fire
extinguisher and timely refilling including refresher training of staff in
fire fighti
To ensure timely supply of fire woodto all
health units in minimum rate.
