Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business or finance from a reputable university Experience: Minimum two years’ experience in a similar or customer services related role Key Responsibilities: Implement mandates of corporate and commercial clients in Meezan Bank Cash Management system eBiz+ Provide hands-on post implementation training to newly on-boarded customers Ensure client implementations are completed within stipulated SLAs Maintain MIS of all the mandates immaculately Manage and handle customer and branch queries related to eBiz+ Identify and maximize cross-selling opportunities Take ownership of client queries on payments and collection solutions

General banking knowledge, timeline management, multitasking, pressure handling, cross selling
