Relationship Manager - POS Financing
JOB PURPOSE
Establish and maintain relationships with clients, creating new
possibilities for achieving the goals assigned to them in compliance with the
Bank's policies and regulations. Constantly monitor customer satisfaction and
take appropriate steps and initiatives to improve the overall level of service.
Also ensure proper housing of the allocated portfolio including timely renewal
of limits from the prescribed credit portfolio and recovery of dues / mark-up /
commission.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Carry out marketing and business development activities to create new possibilities for achieving the assigned goals.
· Obtaining complete information about the POS finance product and
the merchant-receiving business, including the full disclosure cost to the
customer as part of the request process.
· Consult potential customers to establish relationships.
· Provide information / documents for timely processing and approval
of quality credit line.
· Maintaining high quality of service is the regular goal of customer
protection and contract renewal.
Data collection, document completion and analysis:
Review and analyse the client's financial, credit history, standing account to evaluate approval in advance.
· Inheritance of operational risks inherent in business, financial, legal / regulatory, market conditions,
changes in processes / procedures,
management restructuring and consideration of new technologies and ease of
approval. to inform.
· Liaise between the customer and the CIU from start time to final
approval.
· Collect customer data, including pre and post approval documents
for credit approval and payment.
Compliance and Credit Risk Monitoring and Housekeepin
Ensure compliance with KYC / AML and all regulatory / bank policies.
Monitoring / mitigating portfolio risks.
· Supervise the use of user-funded facilities to ensure the use of
the facility for an approved purpose only.
· Ensure that credit / lending functions are governed by the credit
policies and procedures established by the bank.
· Update yourself on the latest policies / regulations of the State Bank of Pakistan and other regulatory bodies.
Follow up and monitor assigned relationships to ensure satisfactory application of the account, compliance with risk agreements, and early correction of various credit matters.
· Ensuring the safety of suitable houses in the allotted portfolio,
including timely renewal of boundaries as per the Bank's policy.
· Timely recovery of dues / mark-ups / commissions from assigned credit portfolio.
