Sr. Engineer Digital Payments / FS Operations
Job description
1 Branchless banking to provide comprehensive operational IT
services, in addition to the management, maintenance and smooth operation of
mobile financial services.
Monitoring and implementation of the system and its interface to
ensure service objectives. Focus on minimizing potential troubles and
incidents, preventing problems from escalating and recurring, and counting
driving incidents. Compliance with IS and SBP controls.
Easy to monitor moneyless branchless banking transactions, third
party servers such as IRIS, UBPS, MONETA, TMS, CS etc.
Configure application server, patch deployment, test instance /
configure environment.
Investigate L2 and L3 of various transactions of Easy Money, All
IBFT, Evacuation, Bill Payment, International Remittance etc. if any error
occurs.
Carry the ATM machine configuration. System Certification and
Integration Testing (SIT) for Elimination of Transactions, Core Banking HOST,
IRIS Middleware and 1LINK.
Contact 1-Link to resolve switch issues and other ongoing projects.
Contact the seller's TPS for troubleshooting and other ongoing
projects.
Arrange team for operational and monitoring activities.
Change the administrative process to IRIS / RPS and UBPS by
deploying call IDs and packages and updating DB scripts.
Contact NADRA, 1LINK etc. clients who pay the bill for settlement
on due dates.
Provide transaction details and required data to the backend team
according to the needs of newcomers
The Assistant Director will perform any assignments assigned by
Digital Payments and FS Operations
