Posts are Vacant:
1. Management Executive
Responsibilities:
To
oversee land acquisition matters in the respective districts. Computerization
of land records. Initiate and follow up cases for allotment and regularization
of government / departmental land acquired by the company. Visiting government
offices in connection with pending matters. Dealing with encroachments and land
disputes.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in law with Bachelor's / Master's degree in Autumn. Candidates should fully discuss the land acquisition rules and procedures. The visitor should have good technical drafting and organizational skills. Must be computer literate. At least 5 years experience in dealing with land acquisition issues.
2. Management Executive - Lands (Legal)
Responsibilities:
Preparation
of legal documents including rent and lease agreements, updating the management
monthly status of land matters. Provide legal advice to ground staff to
coordinate with relevant lawyers and deal with land issues / litigation.
Preparation of periodic reports on land litigation matters. Tips for
outsourcing cost-effective and legal work, services, and implementation.
Coordinating and representing the land department before various government
agencies.
Q ualification and Experience:
Bachelor
Degree Law (LLB), Preferably Master (LLM). At least 4 years of
post-qualification experience as a practicing lawyer, preferably as an in-house
consultant in revenue matters.
