· Assist immediate supervisor in any other matters related to resource mobilization / fund raising activities

Role & Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily administrative operations
- Monitor administrative staff’s performance.
- Answer queries from doctors, nurses and healthcare staff.
- Resolve potential issues with patients
- Stay up-to-date with healthcare regulations.
- Supervise daily Canteen / Cafeteria operations.
- Developing and implementing security policies, protocols and procedures.
- Controlling budgets for security operations and monitor expenses.
- Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs
- Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events.
- Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms.
- Investigate and resolve issues.
- Manage the daily activities of the Housekeeping department to include appropriate cleaning of all general wards, private deluxe and standard rooms, semi-private rooms, offices, concourses, seating areas, washrooms and all public spaces.
- Planning, organizing and directing team members to ensure the highest degree of client satisfaction.
- Re-order and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory
- Conduct inspections according to checklists of all rooms, concourses, patient rooms, seating areas and public areas on a daily basis
- Recruit, schedule and train all new housekeeping staff members.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and conduct.
- Ensure that staff keeps proper maintenance of all equipment; makes arrangements for repair and/or replacement of used and damaged equipment.
- Ensure standards of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness in all Private, Semi Private, Deluxe, general ward, corridors, offices and waiting areas are maintained.
- Ensure the upkeep of vacant private / semi private rooms and general ward.
- Set and maintain standards of services commensurate with the standing of the hospital.
