Background and description

The Development Empire Women's Association (DEWA) is a non-governmental organization working in the Lower East. The organization is currently pursuing a 05 year women's voice and leadership project funded by Global Affairs Canada (GEC) through Oxfam Pakistan and SPO. Organization Women's Positions 01 Program Manager Required (Initially for 02 months ie 1st February 2021 (extendable)).

1. Program Manager - 01 (Female)

Responsibilities:

• Managing the project team.

• Planning and execution of project activities.

• Preparation and submission of reports.

• Ensure cooperation with stakeholders.

• Attend district, provincial and national level meetings, forums, networks and alliances.

• Project monitoring and documentation.

• Ensuring timely completion of project activities.

• Liaison with donors, networks and associations.

• Monitor staff performance and their attendance according to government protocol.

• All other tasks were assigned.

7 years in related field with 3 years management experience.

About the organization

The Development Empire Women's Association (DEWA) is a non-governmental, not-for-profit organization created in 1999. The organization was started by a group of women, which did not include the 25 women of the lower late, who were trained for the LOWA program and training staff. The group began work to empower and empower local women through the knowledge and skills gained during training.
