The PO Contract management officer is responsible for managing contracts and ensuring that both parties the organization itself  & Partner Organization (PO) meet the contractual obligations. Maintain the accuracy and ensure that the contract follows all regulations and laws, as well as provide advice and guidance on the contract. The Officer provides a valuable service in helping to protect the interests of both parties and provides mentoring and handholding to POs to complete the contract agreed activities, deliverables, and timelines and maintains schedules as per the agreed financing agreement.

Relevant Qualification & Experience:

  • At least 16 years of education or Master’s in Social Sciences and relevant disciplines / Project Management/Master’s in Business Administration / Master’s in Public Administration from a HEC recognized institute.
  • 04 years of related experience in development preferably with program contract management role in a renowned international / national organization.
  • Excellent team player.
  • Operational understanding along with good problem-solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and relationship management skills.
  • Written communication skills and presentation skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Adaptability Skills to work with different units.
  • Time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • The candidate is required to have Adaptability Skills to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to travel in field across Pakistan.

Job Description:

  • Review the proposals submitted by Partner Organizations and prepare observations for consideration and short-listing.
  • Review and analyse program related documents and reports, maintain a reference system for these documents, follow up on future programmes and action.
  • Perform desk & field appraisals of Partner Organizations; prepare appraisal reports for Credit Committee/Board of Directors consideration, contract agreement, and disbursement of funds as per Financing Agreement.
  • Provide technical support to partner organizations in effective implementation of the program interventions in coordination with Business Development Manager.
  • Develop capacity building plans in coordination with Partner organizations for producer groups, MSME sand ABSPs.
  • Prepare minutes on different meetings, workshops, and programmes.
  • Maintain appropriate file system for both incoming and outgoing communications.
  • Ensure Data entry of projects activities at Partner Organization level MSMEs level and carry out analysis of data.
  • Coordinate collection of information from different sources, compilation of information and information management.
  • Develop and conduct presentations/ learning sessions for Partner Organizations to build their capacity on Programme interventions.
