POSTS ARE VACANT:
1. Supervisor price testing and machinery shop
Qualification criteria: The
machine shop, valve testing and repair shop supervisor should have experience.
Responsibilities include machine shop supervision, valve testing and repair
shop, removal, repairing, overhauling, testing, calibration and fitting of all
types of valves including PSV and PRV. Measuring everything, including the run
out of the routers. Must be able to read and interpret manufacturing drawings
and instrumental section drawings using precision tools, all kinds of machine
tools, drilling machines and rotor balancing machines, etc.
2. Supervisor welding and manufacturing
Eligibility Criteria:
Must have self-monitoring experience in welding and fabrication jobs.
Responsibilities include overseeing welding and fabrication work, estimating required
materials and welding materials, preparing BOQs, detailed engineering drawings,
isometrics, reading and interpreting piping projects. Good understanding of
welding methods, engineering materials, and special materials such as Inconel,
Model, SS, etc., validation of equipment related to welding and fabrication
works. Any special welding training / certification (preferred piping and plate
welding) will be an added benefit.
Required Qualifications and Experience for the following vacancies: Candidate for both the posts should be DAE (Mechanical) with at
least 20 years experience and meet international codes and standards (such as
API, ASME, ANSI, AWS, etc.) Should agree with ). These positions also require a
thorough knowledge and understanding of the Licensing Work (PTW) system, safety
procedures, job security analysis, and emergency response systems.
