Background
·
Manage and oversee end-to-end execution of
content production projects from planning to delivery.
·
Develop plans according to the content
production targets.
·
Coordinate with program representatives, project
coordinator, videographers, editors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth
project execution.
·
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and
implement solutions to keep projects on schedule.
·
Ensure all teams clearly understand project
objectives, priorities, and deadlines.
·
Conduct regular project meetings and provide
progress updates to management.
·
Review project deliverables to ensure they meet
quality standards and organizational requirements.
·
Ensure effective communication across all
departments involved in project execution.
·
Manage project documentation, performance
indicators, reports, and performance metrics.
·
Prepare budgets and resource allocation plans.
Requirements
·
Master's degree preferred in Business
Administration, Project Management, Media Studies, Mass Communication, or a
related field.
·
5 years of experience in project management,
operations, or a similar role.
·
Proven experience managing multiple projects
simultaneously.
·
Experience managing creative, digital media, or
content production projects.
·
Experience preparing project reports,
performance dashboards, and resource plans.
·
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and
stakeholder management abilities.
·
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
while meeting deadlines.
·
Strong leadership and team management skills.
