MEAL Assistant - Pakistan (2792)
Tearfund Pakistan is looking for the MEAL Assistant who will be supporting the MEAL coordinator in managing the MEAL component of the Flood Response programme and delivering relevant quality and accountability commitments. The position holder will support the Tearfund's partners to ensure the effectiveness, efficiency, desired outcomes and progress towards impact according to the project design, donor guidelines.
We are looking for candidates with:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- At least Two years' work experience in humanitarian and community development projects
- Proven experience of field work and community & stakeholder engagement for working in the field of monitoring and evaluation of development projects;
- Proven experience of working in and with large and diverse teams
The successful applicant will also have:
- Proficiency in data gathering, interpretation, analysis and articulation
- Hand on experience on qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Excellent IT skills and ability to adapt to different online systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible and able to remain composed under pressure
- Willing to travel and live in basic conditions
