JOB DESCRIPTION ?
BI is responsible for supporting production issues, troubleshooting
and coordination.
Responsible for issuing reports on a daily basis and developing and
resolving issues in their availability to branches.
Corrects the development and problems of SSIS packages for
extracting daily and monthly data.
Automation of SSI packages to run MySQL jobs.
Information optimization.
Monitoring and optimizing ETL jobs.
The candidate must use the best analytical and problem-solving
skills to generate valuable business insights.
Create value-based reports, analytics, and dashboards using MySQL.
Create and maintain documents including requirements and project
plans.
Communicate with multiple stakeholders in the business and
prioritize work based on overall impact and current workload.
Communicate clearly with business stakeholders about application
requirements and the goals to be achieved with them.
The candidate will have the opportunity to work with a
well-structured data warehouse, designed for research and functionality.
Owning individual projects and analytics, aimed at providing great
value to the business.
Submit product and data requests from local teams and track new
developments. Compatible with your core product and data teams.
Improve weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting framework.
Bring a "consultant-like approach" to businesses, BI
support and troubleshooting.
Resolving issues related to automation and data import, export and
data transformation.
Detailed data analysis, data validation and identification of data
quality issues.
Monitor ETL jobs and resolve any issues related to ETL jobs.
Automatic daily withdrawal requirements through SSIS packages and
ETL jobs.
Concepts and management reports are great tools for handling data.
Identify and learn the appropriate software and hardware to provide
technical support when needed and learn what is used and supported by the
business.
Monitor ETL jobs to make sure they are on schedule.
Prepare technical documentation.
Prepare deployment documents.
Effectively communicate professional relationships with internal
stakeholders and provide all the data requirements for which BI is responsible.
Provide ongoing analytical support for these applications as well
as tailor ad hoc queries and reports as needed.
Manage call logs on a daily basis on HDMS to provide support to
business customers.
Reasonable requirement of any other duties.
Technical (MySQL, HTML, CSS, etc.). These technical / practical
competencies should be provided by the line manager.
Knowledge of best practices / procedures in data warehousing and
multidimensional data modeling (OLAP).
Specializing in the development and maintenance of ETL with SSIS.
MicroStrategy, Microsoft Power BI, for developing dynamic reports
and dashboards. Or similar products.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Excellent problem solving and quantitative skills.
Expert in MS Office Suite
Demonstrates and supports KMBL's values and social performance
goals.
What you need:
Minimum bachelor's or master's degree.
At least 1 or 2 years of experience designing and developing
business intelligence applications (reports, dashboards, data visualization
applications, and data extraction methods) in a data warehouse environment.
Microsoft tabular model design experience is preferred.
Banking experience will be preferred.
Experienced hands will be preferred in vertical ETL tools.
